Anyone else missing payments from Ace Revenue?
I've been dealing with these guys for years. There had been the occasional issues, but Vipin was there to sort it out. Now they are skipping payments and keep giving the runaround. One minute they say they'll pay, then they don't and it's hard to reach them. Currently missing over 4k in commissions. Anyone else having problems with them?

This group was recently restructured. While players should not have been referred to them in the first place due to their shady history, there has been a strong raise about missing payments by customers and affiliates alike over the past months.
They also recently acquired Fast Track affiliates, by the way. -

We've been getting the runaround for months now. Promised payments and then...nothing.

So who are the managers in charge of this program these days? I wonder what made them stop paying all their affiliates and players again.

That's the bizarre thing...we've gotten recent payments, however, there were two months back in 2016 when I didn't receive anything and I've been chasing those payments and getting the runaround ever since. I always worry when a long-time affiliate manager like Vipin leaves. That sort of thing is never a good sign. I've been dealing with Dan, but it's been around 6 months with no resolution so that, combined with the fact that the player value has been dropping through the floor, makes me think that they are hoping affiliates won't notice missing payments, possible re-tagging of players, etc.

Happy to report that our payment issues have been sorted. We've been told that they are working on a payment report that will show payment details. Nice to know we can keep working with these guys as we have a long history there.

@Online3casino: They may be deciding to pay you again, but there are still countless complaints by players about non-payments. Just saying.

I hear you...I can only speak to my experience. I just felt I should give them credit for having sent the payments as I've worked with many that didn't (Real Vegas Cash, etc., etc.).
