    From my site…

…clicking the Blackjack Ballroom link brings me to the casino and displays this link:

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/splash.asp?&aff_id=aff12076&pop_up=1&from_id=1#

Once on the site, when I click Pounds, this is how the code displays:

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/splash.asp?&aff_id=TYPEIN_BJB:&from_id=0&pop_up=0

    Euros…

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/splash.asp?&aff_id=TYPEIN_BJB:&from_id=0&pop_up=0

Please advise if this is still tracking correctly…

    Hi there,

You need to link to the referral.asp, instead of the splash.asp. spash.asp is the landing page after you hit referral.asp …

    Cheers,

So this simple link should track correctly?

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/&?aff_id=aff12076

If you login to the affilaite site, click on linking codes on the left hand side. All the casino’s will be listed there and the linking code beneath it. So just copy and paste the linking code to avoid these type of problems.

The proper linking code would look like this (minus the x):

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/referral.asp?aff_id=aff12076

Please let me know if you have futher questions about this :)

    Thanks Ryan,

Seems simple… but I use internal redirects on my affiliate links and I think that one must be left over from God knows when.

I am working on linking directly to your UK pages and used the link above to take a look at the site in Pounds. I will replace that code with the simple link as you suggested.

Any direct UK links in the affiliate area over there? Or do we have to make our own by following our links through the “$” site to the “pound” site?

Great question…here’s how you do it. Notice the ‘gbp/’ inserted before the referral.asp

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/gbp/referral.asp?aff_id=aff12076

    Cheers, :colgate:

    See you in Amsterdam

    Hi Ryan,

so I have this right: the gbp/ takes players to the pounds page?

    or to the euros page?

and could you give me the other example (if the above goes to the pounds page, please give example of what to add to go to the euros page)?

    thanks in advance

    S.

    Hi all,

It seems like you guys have it sorted already, but just to clarify:

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/gbp/referral.asp?aff_id=aff12076

will take the user to the pounds page

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/eur/referral.asp?aff_id=aff12076

will take the user to the euro’s page

    httpx://www.blackjackballroom.com/referral.asp?aff_id=aff12076

will land them at the US Dollar page.

PS: thanks for the kind words. That’s what I’m here for! Anything else, just ask …

    JUST MAKE SURE…

…that all you webmasters use that code EXACTLY as it appears above WITHOUT changing anything…

    …especially the “?aff_id=aff12076” part!
