I am considering opening my own UK gaming site and I have a few beginner questions that I would like to get some serious answers to.1. What organisations, people should I get in touch with for regulatory purposes?
2. What numbers would you estimate for this endeavor and how many years will it take for ROI?
3. Can I do it alone or must I hire personnel and have departments like customer support?I would love to get some input here from people who have been there and know the reality of this kind of project.

First, why you want to do that? I mean, what advantage knowledge you have? you have traffic sources?
There are companies that can set you up with a white label, including processing and even support.
Can you do it alone – no. you need personel. handling traffic, finance, content, affiliate managers, fraud, etc.
