yups!! because the day you stopped promoting them and NDs stop, they will block your rev shared earned on old players.
Like i promoted them in 2010, and even though players still depositing 200-300 usd per day to play, they are such a nut that they don''t want to pay me commissions. So they are not a long term player whom affiliates should promote. -

Don't take this personal please as it is not intended to be so:
Referback should be punished for behavior like this. HOW DARE you put this kind of clausules in? Look, without affiliates, there BE no referback. That is how it stands.
I say, take that out of your TOS or, we should promote banning Referback. (And any other hideous other affiliate programs with TOS like this above.)
You are going to lose over this. I bet. -

As a new affiliate I would NOT use any aff program with such terms. Any time there is a quota of any type do not use them.

I never knew rev share deals were time based. Not that i have seen reputed networks / partners talking like that. They can change your rev share deal anytime so beware.
This is not case with other small brands, for example.. i promote alwaysvegas back in 2010 for 6 months and generated 50 players, and after almost 4 yrs, they still pay me 50-60 usd which i make with them every month , on the other hand i never got any players in last 3 yrs for them...
So, thing is.. these little TOS hit you in long run, because 10 different casinos i promote and 50 usd out of each makes it upto 500 per month....
referback have closed the account and made good money, but i will make sure words are spread louder enough so they can't trick others.Last edited by jameskon; 10-24-2013 at 11:09 AM.

better avoid them, they are not recommendable, lucrative deals they offer for new affs they can change anytime.
Clause 6.4
ReferBack will facilitate payment of Commission from the Merchant to the Affiliate based on income ReferBacks Merchants earn from purchases and play from the Affiliates Customers after they open an account with the Merchant. Payment shall only be made to the Affiliate once ReferBack has received payment from the Merchant. ReferBack reserves the right to change payment terms at any time and for any reason. See paragraph 11 below in relation to Commission.
They will offer you 40% to start , and then later when you stop promoting or slow down, even though your players are depositing funds. they will drop you to 20% and will ask you to read TOS. -

Re. Inactive Clause
Dear Affiliates,
Thank you very much for your feedback and comments, it is truly appreciated. Referback has a long and successful history and we certainly never intended to be seen as a rogue program.
After giving your input serious consideration we have decided that clause 6.5 in our terms and conditions will not apply to affiliates who signed up prior to the 1st of November 2012.
The clause will stand for any affiliates who signed up, for the first time, at Referback.com from the 1st of November 2012.
To prove our commitment to a fair and speedy resolution to this situation any outstanding
affiliate commissions (due to clause 6.5) will be processed with the affiliate payments for October.
We thank you all very much for all your feedback, and look forward to working with you for many years to come.
Best wishes,
The Referback Team
