Our next CAP webinar will focus on US Regulation of online gambling and how it relates to affiliates.

We’ve got some pretty big names lining up to participate in the roundtable discussion… but I wanted to get some feedback from you guys.

What are the burning questions you want to know from legal experts and iGaming head honchos?

    Top of my head.

    1. When will online gambling be legalised in the US again?

    2. How much will an affiliate license cost?

I’ll be sure to squeeze these in somehow! Stay tuned for more details…

    My question is:

    Will legalization be poker-only?

Nope, licenses are needed in EVERY US state that has been regulated thus far… all three of them :P Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware all require affiliates to undergo a lot of financial scrutiny and back ground checks before issuing a license. Also rev share licenses are much more expensive than CPA. BLAH!
