Hi all
Got a wriggling fish at a Crypto casino by the looks of things! Bearing in mind the stats only update once a day…
On Saturday I spotted a clickthru from my site to this casino which stood out as i don’t generally get many going here. When i looked, at this casino i had zilch going on. 0 in, 0 out. On Sunday, the stats showed a Player winning £3,200. Nice going! On Monday, the Player gross winnings are up to nearly £7k!! So i mentally decided they ain’t a slots player and wrote off February from this property.
But today, intrigued, I log on and it shows a player gross loss of £372! Interesting…a whale on the horizon maybe? Wonder what games they are playing?
Not had movement quite like this before….!
Cheers

By the sounds of it I would say you have hooked a blackjack whale or possibly a video poker whale. It does not sound like a slots player.
Well done!

However, had a player deposit 6k and i thought – eye eye.
Is impossible not to think like that. Is just part of the game and there is nothing wrong with hoping for what you could do with. The player cashed out 6,345 lol. I admit to having mixed emotions. I was glad a fellow player beat the old enemy. This time though the player beat me too and i effectively paid up 30% or so of his/her winnings..
Spooky.

February 9, 2005 at 2:01 am #661312AnonymousInactiveThat’s the great thing about promoting poker, IMO. I can root for my players, cuz if they’re winning, I’m making money.
February 9, 2005 at 2:09 am #661313AnonymousInactiveJanuary – 1 player
Deposit $27335.25
Cashout $27209
Bonus money – $20Technically a whale?
I don’t even know what defines a whale to be perfectly honest.
Additionally, had never even equated being able to promote a poker room and being able to root for your players. You are so right though. Cheers..

Actually I’m with you on the mixed emotions bit JL…hence my statement “nice going” in the original post. I actually enjoy seeing players winning big – I’m a player too – and really, does it really matter? No….while the casinos are in profit so will we be so we’ve nothing to worry about.
Its just fun watching players like that play IMHO. And for peace of mind, i’d never have posted this on a “players forum” – lol.

February 9, 2005 at 3:28 pm #661345AnonymousInactiveThe only bonus offer I am against is the “no deposit required”…once I got over 20 players signing up for the “15 free” and none of them convert to depositing one…Any match bonus is fine with me, though. It’s very hard to meet the wager requirements on a bonus…
