I have never been locked out or terminated before this experience with Partner Gaming. I have been with then since 2004 and never really had any problems till 2 years ago when the affiliate program brought in new people. There was a bad stretch for several months but it got ironed out so I kept going with them. I was making upper 3 lower 4 figure months with them at times and always promoted them heavy. The terms I signed under never stated a quota; neither do the new terms, at least not the last time I looked. I had 20 wagers placed the week they locked me out and I noticed the lock out when I went to check my stats. I emailed them thinking there was a glitch and they told me because I wasn’t bringing in any new players for them they were going to terminate me and by the way, not pay me either.

I admit it seems I brought in no new players for 11 months, although the they were still making money with my old players. There was a time when the terms stated “Lifetime of Players”, remember those days?

I am a very small affiliate, I admit that, but I always promoted them heavy and have been with them eight years. I got 15 notices of bets placed last week, even after I was terminated.

Are there any “Friends of Affiliates” people who would help out with this? I really don’t know what else to do.

Just as a point. I did get rid of a program years ago after I received some complaints first hand from my players of not being treated well; that company is not even around anymore. I never got any complaints from my players on Partner Gaming Sites although I have heard second hand some bad news about Linesmaker.

I also saw Partner Gaming promoted heavy on an affiliate forum elsewhere stating their bad rep is a bad rap. I thought they got a bad rap too, but I have first hand info now, mine and I would stay away from these guys.

Thanks for letting me share :-)

Eight years in the business and this is the first time for me, being termed and / or locked out. I never really thought about it before, but now I am wondering as a small affiliate what recourse do I have? I have to be honest, if 2 or 3 more of my sportsbooks decided to drop me cause my sign ups are lagging and they are lagging no use in denying that, then I would be up the proverbially creek.

PS. This is how Angelina Taylor the
Affiliate Relations Manager ended my termination letter:

While we very much appreciate your past efforts, the relationship is no longer beneficial.
    Regards,
    Angelina Taylor

Affiliate Relations Manager……………………………….Not beneficial, why? because for every $1000 I bring them they have to pay me $250??? LOL

Yes, and throwing them out is the best you can do, promote the fact they screwed you, and will screw players just as well. I would assume your others will not drop you as quickly, and of course you can be pro active and let them know you are in a slump but are doing XY and Z now so stick with me..

Just an update. Thanks to Affiliate Guard Dog I did get paid my full amount due. Andrew from Guard Dog is one stand up guy. He really helped me out on this one and I have to admit I was surprised at the extent he jumped in on my behalf.

I would encourge all of you to visit his site and get involved a little bit over there.

It’s cool to have friends in High Places.

I hope its ok to post his websites link, if not I am sorry CAP.
