One of my email addresses is used for domain registrations. So when I receive emails from an affiliate program asking me to sign-up, then I know they harvested my email via my domain whois data.

I received one such spam from Wingate Affiliates yesterday. Which was nothing more than a canned generic load of BS. livegames.co.nz hasn’t been touched in years, apart from a few banner changes maybe.

    Dear Webmaster
Congratulations on the quality of your livegames.co.nz Website.

I evaluate sites like yours every day from affiliates around the world and unfortunately it is not everyday that I find sites such quality.

Well I sent back a reply because I don’t unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to in the 1’st place. I told this person not to spam me and to remove my email address from their database.

Wingate Affiliates obviously don’t care who they spam and will continue doing so even when asked to stop. Because I received yet another one from this AM just now.

Subject: FW: Results of satisfaction survey

    Dear Webmaster
A recent satisfaction survey that we conducted among our customers showed that they preferred to play on a casino whose name resonates Elegance and sophistication.
Another survey we conducted among our affiliates also showed that our rates of conversion were higher than those of our competitors.
We offer you juicy CPA’s and or high revshares for your promotion activities.
    I’m waiting for you!

    See you soon I hope

Wingate Affiliates and its online casino Europalace is owned by the founder and ex CEO of EuroPartners affiliate program. More than a few stories about this program shaving and what not. So I guess it stands to reason Wingate Affiliates is run in a similar vein. That is, do what ever it takes to make money, which obviously also includes spamming!

The photo was included in each spam. However the url is: xxxhttp://i.imgur.com/WiJIl.jpg
I dare say, going on picture and the origin of the Surname “Bradburn” (UK), the picture is also fake, and maybe the name is too. Nice once Wingate, that’s sooooooooooooo professional!
