    I’ve had an active revshare europartners affiliate account for the last 10 years. However, I am now unable to log into my account. When I try to log into my account, I receive the message; “The details entered are not valid” However, the details entered are 100% accurate as I have triple checked them. Even when I request a new password, I receive the message “This username is not associated with this email!” I’ve been using the same username and email address for the last 10 years, so I don’t understand why I’m given this message. I’ve contacted other affiliate webmasters. Some are able to log into their accounts, while others are not. My username is casio. What is happening with my account?

    Someone gave me the email address of my affiliate manager. I contacted her and she fixed the probably very quickly. Thanks very much :)
