RESOLVED – Problem with PAF Partners

    Hi all!

    I’m presenting a lot of bookies on my site, not long ago added PAF too. On 03 April I had the first referred customer active at PAF (in the aff. report clearly stating the URL on my site from where he landed), he played round 1 week depositing in total over 2000 EUR and then stopped. My commission from him was 385 EUR. For my big surprise 10 days ago I checked my stats and saw that all activity of this player (deposits, financial result etc. and of course my commission) had disappeared without any track or reason as he never existed at all. I wrote to the support and got immediate answer from Valdemar that they will investigate this problem and will get back to me asap but nothing else happened. After waiting 1 week I wrote 2-3 times what is up with my problem but no one bothers to reply at all on my messages so I’m stuck without any other options.

    I truly hope this is is some technical problem or misunderstanding that will be solved and I’m not ripped-off.

    Nik0 – I just dropped an e-mail to a member of the team at PAF regarding the issues you mentioned. I am sure this will get sorted, they are a great group.

    Hi Nik0,

    Antd thanks Arjun for highlighting this issue for us,

    Nik0 where you not in contact with us and received the news why the players “vanished”?
    We had a stats problem with the importing of GGR figures but you should have received a manual update about that.

    If it has not been solved you can contact me directly on henrik.granlund@paf.com or skype henrik_v-as and I will make sure it you get the info. The player is still tagged to you, it was just a problem with the imports of the stats.

    And thanks Slotsaff for the kind words, we try our best to be as open as we can

    Hi Henrik,

    Thanks for the answer, I haven’t received any info from you, right now I’m looking at both support tickets which I opened and excpet the first reply by Valdemar that I mentioned there is nothing more from from your side so may be there is a glitch with the support system too. If you replied by email I haven’t received anything, I just sent you a message to the specified above to get this sorted out.

    Reporting that the player and his action is now back in my stats. Thanks to CAP for the assistance and to Henrik for resolving this.

    I totally agree with Arjun. They’re great to work with :)
    Pitty that the sportsbook’s gonna close for a lot of countries now.
