When is Betfair’s payment coming?

I was wondering when should Betfair’s payment be coming? I see that the terms said up to the 30th, but it’s the 28th and nothing is in the bank account. I also get no response, whenever I write to Betfair.

On a different note, I encourage you to revise your 300×250 banners, as the landing page, has not a single register/sign up button, even I wouldn’t be able to register if I wanted to. It’s some landing page about tickets.
