binary options - believe the hype?
Anyone not looked at this yet?
It reminds me of how gambling earnings were back in the day when the frontier opened up, Lots of money to be made in a market which isn't saturated, not even close.
The earnings are gambling style, huge - not small amounts, CPA deals out there as standard offers, great retention.. and 100% legal in the US.
There's so much going for it, and with affiliates looking for a way to moneytise their US traffic - you should be looking into it.
So when I talk to people, I realise so many of us haven't looked at it? And I'm not sure why.
So is it because its financial stuff? seems too complex for players? (its easier to understand then poker and bingo)
For players, its not gambling related - its so similar to gaming, its almost like going heads or tails - but having the information behind it to make an educated decision to reaching the right outcome.
So I guess my question is... how many of us would put Binary Options banners on our gambling sites for US traffic? And what if the banners and the binary options site was "gambling'fied" - without breaking the financial legal stuff (apparently some terminology on the operator sites cannot be changed, like they can't use the word bet). - 02-13-2012 11:54 AM #2Resident Wine-O

Not gonna lie... I think testing the Binary Options vertical is totally worth it... I've been talking to quite a few affiliates that have started testing with their traffic and have seen decent results to start. Still kind of confused as to why the masses aren't gravitating to it, however...

Seen from a player's point of view (my own), there is some psychological difference between gambling and investing. I understand that it's pretty much the same, but I somehow relate gambling more to fun and entertainment.
I am not saying it couldn't be a great alternative to gambling from an affiliate point of view though.
