The Race Is On in the US for Online Gambling Revenue
There's a battle right now between the state and federal governments on who's going to cash-out on Online Gambling Revenue.
Either way, there seems to be a very positive outcome for affiliates... Whoever wins will benefit from a great stream of revenue- and most likely affiliates will get a piece of that action.

not that I know much of how the US legal system works, because really... sometimes I think its a lottery on how decision are made..
but how often do states have their way when they are competing against the federal government.
Are is it going to be easier for everyone, if there is one law which rules the land, rather then having different laws for each state?
