888 changed retroactively the conditions for LuckyAce Poker affiliates
After buying their white label "LuckyAce Poker", 888 put a quota of 1 players per month (I guess they mean 1 depositor) in order to get commission from the base of players sent to LuckyAce in the past. Even if it is legal I believe this is quite unethical from 888. When I sent the players to the LuckyAce in the past I expected lifetime revenues from them without any quota.
I believe the correct way was to offer the same conditions for the existing players and only for the new players to apply whatever new terms they believe suit. Otherwise they are retroactively changing the terms.

We will ask 888 to take a look at this thread and see if they can give us any input.

Hi Trifonoff:
We've been in touch with the 888/ Uffiliates team. Please review their response below:
"In order to properly address this thread, can you please clarify where you see this is the case?
To make sure that our T’s & C’s have not been misunderstood, it’s important to differentiate between the general terms & conditions that dictate proper use of intellectual property, what happens in cases of fraud, etc. and between the commission scheme under which specific affiliates fall.
Today, the default commission scheme for Uffiliates can be found here:
Uffiliates - Commissions
It is true that under this commission scheme, affiliates are encouraged to bring a min. of 1 player in order to enjoy the higher commission tier.
Nevertheless—not all affiliates are on the default commission scheme. This applies to new affiliates joining Uffiliates.
Affiliates promoting LuckyAcePoker & SuproCasino were transferred onto Uffiliates with the same conditions that they had at Platinum Affiliates which means that the default commission does not apply (you are welcome to log into your own affiliate account and check this is the case --> the commission scheme you are under is called ‘advantage’)."
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate posting them on this thread or shooting me a PM. -

This is not true: when I see the pre-transition traffic it appears under the so called "LA Adv $0^30%". This straightforward means that if I don't bring a new player all the traffic I previously sent to PlatinumAffiliates is considered a gift and they will not pay commissions on it.

Hi Trifonoff,
Please view 888/Uffiliates response here:
"In general, i think the affiliate misunderstood what the commission means.
$0 + 30% means he gets $0 CPA and 30% rev-share, from the first player he ever generated."
Please also look for a PM from me for some further detail.Megan H.
