Just wanted to share in the forums in case anyone wasn't aware:
Daniel Eremian Found Guilty in First UIGEA Conviction
This conviction is actually the first online gambling conviction under the UIGEA established in 2006.
Since this is one of dozens of charges against Eremian, do you think the guy stands a chance?

Yah know.. I said this in a few forums once.. that if you're in the US, and you're recruiting players, for programs taking US players, you are liable as well - but I dont think the government will come after you. I dont think the government would know you were sending a US program US players. It all comes down to the processing, thats where the govt. wants to put the brakes.PR 1-5 Gambling Links Available.
