I am looking for Poker Rooms/Casinos/Sportsbooks which would allow me to either transfer money directly to Players' accounts (like PokerStars does) or which will be willing to give me a special Bonus Code to use for Players to whom I wish to award extra bonuses to for various reasons.

I would appreciate a list of names of which companies might be the most approachable to work something out, if they do not currently allow such transfers.
