Anyone Else Having Problems Getting Paid By BingoHall ?

    I need to preface this with the fact that BingoHall have always paid on time in the past and I’ve had no problems with them up until now, but this month’s payment which apparently was paid via Neteller on 1st Dec has never reached my Neteller account and both my email and private message on this board asking what’s happened have gone unanswered. I know the private message was read for sure.

    So, what’s the story. Anyone else having the same problem ?

    Hi Mark,

    I saw your PM and thought I answered it.

    Not sure what happened, but let me explain the situation to everybody.

    We have a two-step process for paying our affiliates each month:

    1) On the first of the month, the affiliate payouts are processed by our casino manager. That means he goes through each account, figures out what we owe you, then sends the payout report to accounting.

    2) The accounting department sends out the payments via Neteller on the first Monday after the affiliate payout report is generated.

    As you said, the affiliate payout report was generated as usual, but we had some delays in getting money into our Neteller account. As you might imagine, we have very complicated international banking arrangements and bank wires sometimes take a lot longer than we would like. We also had lots of big winners and that used up a lof of funds in the account. We always pay the players first to keep them happy!

    Long story short … Neteller payouts to our affiliates are going out today and tomorrow rather than on Monday as we would have liked.

    I apologize for the delay, and I really apologize for not getting that PM message sent to you, Mark. I never saw your email, but I had some email problems earlier this week.
