Strangely enough last month I had very similar stats in one of my casinos - what made it even stranger was the fact that the previous month conversion had been x10 higher. MY numbers are relatively small, but it seemed to be no logic behind the poor wildly different conversioin rates...

We decided that we re-evaluate all our major partners every 6 months. So I put up some new casinos in July and the ones that don't convert will be taken off in January. I will keep the ones with good results and add new ones to test (usually based on recommendations from other affiliates).
I think if that conversion rate is so poor in a casino I would just dump them no matter how good commission they offer. Try to put another one in the same spot and see if that works better. For us, Unibet is the best converting brand but then again, it is market specific - we are in a small market where their brand is well recognized. If you are targeting the UK, try to pick UK brands like Victor Chandler. If you approach them, most of them will bump up your commission % in the hopes of getting a lot of traffic. You can also PM me if you need help with bumping the % up.

I'd check up if everything is working fine in case you don't rank / get traffic from keywords like 'casino no deposit' or similiar stuff.
From my experience, the rate of about 1% is for Click to Deposit (more averaging about 2.0 - 2.5) than from signup to deposit - there from my experience you can easily achieve 30+. - 12-05-2011 08:51 AM #15New Member

not enough information
Your question is good but if you could provide some more information it would be easier to give you a proper answer.
the conversion rate you have from download to sign up sounds a bit fishy as many here said before me. Usually a user who decides to download a software is already interested to try the product.
if you would tell us what marketing tools you used that would help.
I would also recommend you to try a different aff program and see if you can get better conversions by doing that.
I hope this helps
