    Hi guys,

I have a general question regarding Titan Poker and Mansion Poker. I started working with them in March this year and all the deductions they pose are pretty bothersome.

Splitting the player deposit bonuses was more or less fine with me at first but then I noticed that they started deducting tournament tickets as bonuses as well.

As you can see this player would in no way be able to clear the bonus this big. I’ve spoken with some of my players and they told me that EVERY new player I send to Mansion Poker receives a ticket worth $200+20 to a $200k guaranteed tournament. And Mansion Poker (EuroPartners that is) are deducting it before calculating my revenues on the site.

This means that I am forced to pay for this $200k guaranteed tournament out of my pocket. I didn’t approve that I want to fund this tournament.

I want to confront the manager with this but before I would like to collect more facts if this is normal for you too or is it just me they are trying to screw here?

    Hi sergein,

I would like to help you understand this. Are you on a rev share deal?
Here is the formula for calculating Poker Net Gaming is:
( poker rake + poker tournament fees ) minus ( poker bonuses amt + chargebacks ) = Poker Net Gaming.
I would suggest speaking with your affiliate manager to see if you can work out a deal that best suits you and your players. I would be more then happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best,
    Robin

    Hi,

I also wanted to point out that not every player receive a token for the 200k tournament. New players who make their first deposit at Titan Poker or Mansion Poker will receive 4 free tokens to participate in a regularly scheduled $2,500 New Depositors Freeroll tournaments. The token to the 200K is for winners of these freerolls.

    Hope this helps.
    Robin
