at contact using my account affiliate
i not receive any response.
i have 1 player active in my affiliate account
this affiliate deposit and bet a lot of money in sportsbook , and i not have any money in my statistics.

In short, your referred player hasn't won any bets. For the Betfair Sports Betting Exchange we only make revenue on winning bets. In turn your affiliate commission would be generated on our Net Revenue.
