I am sorry but since November 2010 certain set of keys were permanently disabled and online casino is one of them.

We can go live on keywords like - "play slots online", "play real money slots", "real money casino games" in US and if you are interested in European market, there are more possibilities.

I use AdWords for several years now but imho they do not allow gambling ads targeting the US

What's the avg CPC for the slots terms? (assuming a god quality score)
