Hi,
Just came to drop some feedback. Unfortunately it´s a negative one.
I´m having a really hard time with Winner Affiliates.
I´ve organized a rake race with Winner Poker for my community players. And the race did go well, and profit was made for every party involved.
The problem is that it´s been the hardest thing to get in contact with someone. My affiliate manager Jonathan is usually offline at skype and it´s equally harder to get a reply from him via email.
We also haven´t received any affiliate payment since September (since the start of the affiliation). I´ve been asking Winner Affiliates to send me a payment proof since the chosen method was bank wire, and they haven´t been able to give me one yet, for more than a month now. No transfer reached my bank either, coming from Winner.
Also none of the top players got payed yet for the rake race, because the rake calculation is still going on (with a problem they can´t seem to solve). We can´t seem to be able to fix things quickly and this is costing us our players and revenue. And these are mostly Winner players and Winner´s revenue, so I don´t know why they don´t bother.
I´m sorry to say that at this time I can´t recommend winner. I´m not having the best experience with them.
I hope I can post some positive feedback in the future. I really hope things can change.November 28, 2010 at 2:34 pm #813513AnonymousInactiveThis post concerns me because I have just started promoting Winner Casino and got my first regular player…
Please keep us updated, as I don’t want to put any more effort into promoting these guys if this is what they are like.November 28, 2010 at 11:22 pm #813533livegirl1MemberSure, that´s what this part of the forum is for
I also had one problem before with Winner, they were not counting on the affiliate frontend the players losses on the side games (casino). So one of my poker players lost 600$ on BJ (side game in the poker software) and it didn´t count until I contacted the affiliate manager to solve the situation.
I don´t know if this is something that´s already fixed for all affiliates, but I hope so.
I also hope to get help from Winner regarding all this issues quickly, we´re losing players every day because of our lack of power to solve the problems..
This is ruining our hard work on promoting their poker product.:Ohno:November 29, 2010 at 2:52 am #813535livegirl1MemberPayment issue seems to be solved sigh.gif
November 29, 2010 at 7:05 am #813536mmiinnovationsMemberHi Tomasilva,
I’m sorry to hear you had been having some issues, but I am happy to hear that they’ve been resolved. Your affiliate manager, Jonathan, works quite hard, and while he might not always be available on Skype, he ALWAYS gets back to any of the affiliates who email him within 24-48 hours at most. In general, it’s always best to be in close contact with your affiliate manager, as they specifically are dedicated to making sure that their affiliates’ promotions run smoothly. Perhaps should another issue come up, I recommend first waiting to see how your affiliate manager handles it rather than post negative feedback (without giving Winner a chance to first respond).
For that matter, since you mention the payment issue is resolved, it would only be fair to also mention how so, and if/how your affiliate manager was able to assist you.
Wishing you much success – and thank you for honesty and all your hard work on Winner’s behalf!
December 5, 2010 at 6:20 pm #813663livegirl1MemberHi Robbie,
I´ll quote you:
“Perhaps should another issue come up, I recommend first waiting to see how your affiliate manager handles it rather than post negative feedback (without giving Winner a chance to first respond).”
This is not the case at all. We´re trying to get this issue of the rake calculation fixed since early October, and it´s not fixed yet. Also Jonathan told me Friday that today he would have it sorted out and I wasn´t even able to reach him. As I told him this is costing us our players. We worked hard to get them in and now we´re losing them with negative feedback in the forum because we can´t settle a simple race rake.
Also the payment issue is now solved but I had been asking for the references for weeks.
I know it´s hard for you guys to handle every single thing and I understand that you may be filled with work but this issue is important, and in my case, we have to settle the rake race and pay the players asap, it should have been done a long time ago, and we can´t do it without the correct rake calculation.
This is costing revenue for both Winner and me and that´s why I posted my comment here. Because right now I can´t honestly recommend Winner from my experience..it might be just me but in my case things aren´t going that great.
Thanks!
