The changes of the terms and conditions have been designed in close cooperation with our legal department and legal divisions outside of our company and are completely legitimate.

We support discussions on a professional basis and we do not participate in any discussion leaving this professional basis...also characterized by words and phrases we do not accept -therefore, comments including swearwords etc. were deleted and comments including any of those words are not commented here either - we had to shut down the facebook site for the timebeing as a matter-of-fact discussion was unfortunately not possible.

I am not known for swearing. I just like to fix things and make them right. I hope Bwin will engage in conversation and we can arrive at a common ground.

BTW Bwin, I am mod here and I will keep this thread clear of any swearing or outright attacks. I would like to see a sensible exchange of opinions here and explore options for all.

Guys, you heard it. If you disrupt this exchange in any way, I will remove your comments. It is not something I usually do, but I want very badly to get this straightened out in a professional manner. So please keep it factual and refrain from any attacks in this thread. Thanks, but I think people are looking for the set of T&Cs they signed up under, the old set.

Without going into details, b4 things are looked into professionally,
the old T&C do not seem to help our case....
