Howdy folks! You might notice some changes here at CAP, as we’ve just launched an updated version of the site to make it easier for you to find what you need – affiliate programs, education, and news/events.

You’ll notice that we’ve shortened our Navbar down a bit to make things much easier to navigate, and we’ve also redesigned the forums along with our vbulletin 4.0 upgrade:la-de-da:

We’d love to hear what you think about these changes, and if you have any feedback on things you like, hate, or anything!

    Cheers!

I’m sorry, but the frontpage looks awful now. Thought I had entered the wrong url adress at first. The forum also looks dull with the default vbulletin theme.

Maybe it’s a grower but at the moment I have to agree I don’t like it either I’m afraid

Well the frontpage really looks like a cheap wp template. I hope you guys didn’t spend any money on the new design.

    Hi guys,

Really appreciate your feedback. The new site is still in beta and we will always work hard to correct any usability issues with the site or forums.

Just addressing the points already raised –

    1) Our new homepage was designed with a specific approach in mind to make it easier for a new visitor to CAP to find exactly what they are looking for when visiting our site. We have access to some of the world’s foremost usability experts and also have approached this design after analyzing our user/traffic data. Although it is not as flashy and colorful as before, the early signs from our analytics tell us users are finding what they need easier without a lot of extra clicking.

    2) Forum design, template, and color scheme are in the process of being updated to a much more sleek and usable interface. I will post as soon as we’re ready to go live with this. We’ve just upgraded to VB 4.0 and unfortunately these things never go as smoothly as one would hope.

Any additional feedback would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Warren
