Thread: Depositing player not being tracked

I can confirm I had a player who deposited last week. Played after a deposit and 100% for sure it has not been tracked to my affiliate account.

Emailed Marc 3 times and not one reply yet.

Are stats at all tracking players??? Is this going to keep happening?

The level of support is just 1% of what it used to be.

Talking to my AM is like speaking to cement.

Why are you still promoting these idiots. I stopped about 6 months into their new "sophisticated" affiliate program upgrade.

They are laughing at you and all the way to the bank.

They don't give a **** about you or anybody else, so drop them. There are plenty of other worthwhile programs out there that want your traffic. This crap has been going on for over a year now.

Well apparently my AM is not working there now. ON to my 8th affiliate manager.

I just do not understand why i was not told. I lose an AM and all issues she was working on for me gone.

Its like starting over again each time.

Not to mention we have no lost revenue and players will not track.

Im at the end of my rope and that will not be pretty i assure you that.

UPDATE!!

I have been told my player had a cookie tracked to another affiliate. So apparently I lost the player even though they never been to Titan Casino.

Wondering how more players I lost like this. Im just not buying it.
