My company has been promoting BCP properties heavily for the last four months, and after acquiring over 450 depositing players and not seeing the expected returns or the sort of returns we had seen at other casinos, we began to suspect something was amiss.

We created a brand new Yahoo email account and signed up for OnlineVegas, one of the BCP properties, on the same day. Nothing else was done with this account. One week later, the account received an advertisement for a different casino, “goldvipclubcasino.com” from an address at voiprogram.com. My company does not have an account there, so clearly the email address had been sold or used in such a way as to direct the player to a casino at which we, the affiliate, had no revenue share.

Most interestingly, the advertisement addressed the email to the first name we used when we signed up the account under our affiliate link at OnlineVegas. Only BCP had access to this information, since we used a different first name to sign up at Yahoo.

When we reported this to BCP and forwarded them the advertisements to help them track down the problem, they came back to us and said there is no problem, no leak, and no cross-marketing going on that they could detect.

So, we repeated the experiment a week after BCP responded to us, this time with GoCasino, another BCP property. Again, a Yahoo account was created and used only to sign up with GoCasino under our affiliate link, and then left to sit. And again, different first names were used at Yahoo and GoCasino so that it could easily be determined where the cross-marketing was originating from.

Less than a week later, this account received the same advertisement as the other account, addressed to the first name used for the GoCasino sign-up.

Either BCP is intentionally steering its player base to another casino they do not have to pay their affiliates rev-share on, or they have an unscrupulous employee in their company that is doing so by a means undetectable by BCP. Either way, the result is the same for you as the affiliate- at least part of your player base is stolen quickly after sign-up and you get far less revenue than you otherwise would.

I urge anyone who is currently promoting BCP properties to try this experiment themselves and verify what I am saying, and I urge BCP to come clean about what is happening and stop this practice immediately.

Sounds like you did your research, geosynchron, and if this is indeed happening it explains why my revenues there are not what they used to be and definitely not what they should be.

    I hope BCP addresses this.

    No, no other junk mail.

But to address your question directly, we used different first names for the Yahoo signup and the BCP signup. The cross-marketing emails came in addressed to the first names used with the BCP signup, which Yahoo had no access to.

Yeah, what clued us in was that another casino was telling us our traffic was great and player values were high, and always asking us for more, while BCP was saying our traffic was weak and player values low. Yet BCP told us the best way to address the “problem” was to send more traffic. Now I think I know why they recommended that.

Thanks for the insight. I had been wondering why my stats seemed very off and this pretty much explains it. I think I am going to put a test link up and monitor it for a while. No improvement…no more link!

    Hi geosynchron,

If you are looking for a new group to work with, please consider Mainstreet Affiliates. A well respected group who has been a round since 1999. Feel free to get in touch with any questions.

    Regards,
    Jason

Lol! I don’t see how more traffic can cure low player values.

This is blatant theft and it needs to be stopped!

If I don’t hear from them in 2 days they are being pulled!

Seems like this is a clear case of cross marketing and stealing of players. I have tanked big time with this group as well. I think they were hurt bad with the US issues they had a few months back and now are getting desperate enough to cross market. Sadly this isn’t the only operator that has gone down this path as of late either. I think we need to start calling out all the programs we catch doing this and we really need a decent auditing program in place to catch this type of behavior!

Well from my end I’ve never been able to sign up with them since I use Norton antivirus, and somehow that blocks their games from downloading on my computer. But I am waiting for their reply on here about this matter or else I’d have no choice but to yank them.

if they are reading here and smart,
they may slow down or stop their practice for a while at the moment.

    The trust is lost already.

What gets my attention is many Affiliates with STRONG traffic have the same issue with them and I believe when there is smoke there is fire….

damned I just added the crazy slots casino review and others to my sites and now they have a rubbish program………J…….what’s next ?

Best thing to do is to redirect to a different page and give the user a choice to visit casinocoins properties ?

I thought they were one of the biggest operators why the need to destroy their good name ?
