Using Twitter for Special Offers

I’d like to gauge interest about who uses Twitter on a regular basis.

I want to start announcing special offers on Twitter and the first contact to respond will receive the articles advertised. These specials will not be announced anywhere else!

I plan on using Twitter only for REALLY GREAT specials only when I feel I have some free time and would like to make a quick buck.
