Non Payment Of Chicken Change Affiliate Commission
My personal experience with this merchant has been absolutely terrible, after non reply to my emails, I contacted Paradise Poker via CAP Network and got a super fast reply within 48hrs. Since January 2010 (now April 2010) I have been trying to ascertain measly affiliate payment. To date, I have not been paid (like many others it seems). The company claims it made payment to the wrong money transfer account and they are unwilling to correct their error promptly and pay commissions into my correct MoneyBookers account. It seems they do not value their affiliate relationships and are happy to loose affiliates and face.
On a positive note, customer service I received from Affiliate Manager Pablo has been 5 star, but sadly, words are CHEAP when not backed up by appropriate actions! -

I also think they don't pay any more this month for prevous payment is suspiciously late
