Looks like the players were untagged after program closure.

What did you expect? ECOGRA is good pals with microgaming who makes money from Grand Prive.
Its like having Halliburton run a trial on Bush/Cheney for their foreign policy. As long as the guys in charge are making money, they don't care who they screw over. -

I am much more inclined to place blame on Grand Prive and their diddling with the statistics that were presented to ecogra. A lot was at stake for ecogra to get this right, and all that could happen to Grand Prive is the loss of more money. So, looking at it from the point of view of whose best interest was what, I am inclined to point at Grand Prive as the culprit.

I agree. Of course Grand Prive was going to fudge the numbers. Of course a snake will squirm. But, it is the job of the snake wrangler to tame it. eCOGRA had a difficult task in front of them and it looks like they did a mediocre job. Perhaps they should have asked to see average payouts for the proceeding 12 months and then Dec 08 - Dec 09. This would have shown them that something was off.

What I would like to know:
Anyone else here who had players who dated back to Referspot, the program that was absorbed by Grand Prive? And were these a substantial part of your player base?dominique

They brushed me off with
Total Bull****. I had many players dating back to the referspot days. Oh well, they could have paid me 50 grand and I still wouldn't have removed their casinos from our Blacklist. As long as I'm in this business I will continue to warn our site visitors to stay far away from ALL of their properties. It should cost them alot more lost revenue than they owe me.Our investigation of the Grand Privé Affiliates Program is now complete, and we regret to inform you that you that no commissions have been earned by you subsequent to the closure of the Program on 1 December 2008. -
