Thread: Bingo/Casino/Poker Reviews/Coupon Site - Tips Please

Hi Guys,

I have been thinking of running a lot of Bingo/Casino/Poker review sites and voucher/coupon sites. I have what i think are a few good domain names in order to build such sites. I did start creating one last year but because I'm at Uni i just never had to time to continue with it so i just left it the way it was. I have recently been checking stats and it actually has not done too bad in search terms when using Google UK. Search terms like:

Bingo Vouchers - 1st Page Ranked 2nd
Bingo Voucher - 1st Page Ranked 2nd
Sun Bingo Voucher - 1st Page Ranked 3rd
Sun Bingo Coupon - 1st Page Ranked 3rd
Dream Bingo Voucher - 1st Page Ranked 2nd
Dream Bingo Coupon - 1st Page Ranked 3rd & 4th
Dream Bingo Coupons - 1st Page Ranked 1st & 2nd

Theres a lot more but you get my drift. I am really interested in getting back into continuing creating bingo/casino/poker review and voucher sites but was wondering if you guys who actually own one and do this for living could give me any advice please? Is it better to use .co.uk domains or .com domains? What do you find the best way to increase conversions? Anything at all i will read and take on board.

I currently own the following domains which i hope by the end of the year i would have done something with:

CasinoCoupon.co.uk
FreeBingoVouchers.co.uk - This Is The One I Started Work On
FreeBingoVouchers.com

Some quick answers:
.co.uk would be better to convert UK traffic and also rank higher for Uk search engines.

Increasing your conversions is not an easy answer however there are many articles and books coming out on the subject and it's best to do the research yourself or hire one of these call to action experts. Check out Multivariate Testing Website Optimizer. Just ask yourself when you are on a site if you are lost or you know what you want to do such as which links to click on or maybe there is a good call to action to join their newsletter.
