Europartners cutting and not paying revenueshare
I have been a partner to Europartners for more than 1.5 years and everything has gone just fine till I got the new affiliate manager Chris Fihn, arguably an affiliate manager that just does not care, or this situation could have been avoided.
We had a deal for exposure on my sites but the links they gave me did not track anything, so I ended up sending them traffic for 2 weeks without seeing anything in the account.
I brought the subject up time and time again but either Chris was not listening or he just did not care. So I pulled them down from my sites, not completely mind you, I had plans of keeping them as a partner.
Today I get a call from Chris saying, put us back up or we will not pay your comission. The comission for this month is around $1700. So, they broke their lifetime revenue agreement and have proven themselves to be just as bad as say cpays.
Now im not going to die over loosing $1700, but it is so incredibly ****ty of them to do and I for one would like CAP/GPWA to oversee their cooperation with them as sponsors.
Arguably I broke my deal with them, but, I lost traffic and revenue without compensation and that counts as a breech of agreement on their side.
I had problems with them in the past and contacted Affiliate Guarddog about them who also warned me not to continue working with them. At the time I was threatened with getting my comission rate cut from 40 to 10% and was also threatened from Elliot, who is the manager over Chris to be and I quote *If you were my son I would toss you out of the window* - very professionall.
Now, unless this is resolved and I get paid for having sent them players for well over 1.5 years I am going to publish every msn chat I have had with them so you can see how they behave and hopefully they will not only be blacklisted as a rogue affiliateprogram but you will think twice before ever signing up with them.
Just for the record, on their site it says and has said for quite some time that you receive revshare for the entire lifeduration of your player at at least 25%, on their site it says:
Europartners if you are reading. Pay me now and for the future revenue of my players,I can not even understand why you would even risk this to start with. Surely future revenue from me is worth alot more than forcing me to permanently remove you from my sites and damaging your already declining reputation.25%-40% Net Profit
We treat you as a real partner. You will earn between 25%-40% of the casino's earnings generated from players you refer for their entire lifetime! The more traffic you send, the more you earn. You earn a recurring profit from your players month after month for as long as their account remains active.
Comments anyone? How should I proceed with this?Last edited by Magent; 12-28-2009 at 08:08 AM.

Update:
My account now reads around 30% comission instead of the 40% I had previously. -

Well, I figured I could share with you my stats for the month of december as it is not a pivotal account for me.

As you can see I delivered alot of clicks, 6 depositors and a netgaming of around $5k and a top level of around $1500 at 30% comission which is fine even though I previously had 40%.
I am hoping to get that paid in full as well as the continued comission from my I am guessing 150-200+ player database. - 01-06-2010 11:28 AM #9Member

An Update:
This month reads well over 100 clicks, 3 depositors and a netgaming of around $1200 yet top level revenue now reads 0. They are still not fully removed and I should be paid.
Robin got back to me and wanted full info about the case which I supplied, everything but the msn chats. I feel those are my only REAL chance of getting paid so I will hold on to them untill the end where, if I am forced, will publish them here and at GPWA.

An Update to this issue. I am currently speaking with Marc the VP of marketing and things seem to move forward.
I will post here regarding the solution or compromise we agree too, if an agreement can be made that is
