We have been experiencing problems with the stats reporting on the EP backend since early November 2009.This has been reported to our Acc Manager along with screen shots etc and to date its still not resolved!!
Each time we ask for an update, we are being told that there is no time frames on how long it could take to fix....Apparently, your tech guys have more important issues to take care of
Can you please follow up on this? 2 months have lapsed and still waiting...
