Gentlemen,
I need some help in finding a merchant account that :
1. Accept most of the international and country specific credit cards.
2. Also accepts e-checks.
3. Debit cards etc.
The system we need should be able to accept multiple currencies from most countries including those countries’ main credt/debit cards. Our operation will be worldwide and related to online dating/matchmaking. We have hard time finding such merchant account provider who accepts online dating without hesitation. So I though casino merchant account providers will not have issues accepting online dating websites. None of our site will have any porn or sexually explicitive material.
Thanks a lot.

Start Casino is a good place to check or write their webmaster. Marc also runs the ASROC conferences (alternative payment processing) so he keeps a keen eye of processors and issues surrounding that field.July 31, 2003 at 11:29 pm #639529AnonymousInactiveHi rickkumar,
One of the projects I am currently working on is also a dating site.
For credit card processing and e-checks you may want to try http://www.2checkout.com/
I use them on one of my sites and they work very well, and I am planning to use them on the dating site also. It is easy to set-up an account with them and they require very little information. Their fees are 5,5% plus $0.45 per transaction, which is more than WorldPay but still pretty cheap for third party processor were you don’t need a merchant account.
Good luck with your site, there is a lot of money to be made in the dating sector…
Alby
PS. If you want to share ideas or maybe trade some profiles for the dating site before you get “momentum” please contact me at ww-associates@gmx.net

I met with a few merchants at the GIGSE show in Montreal last June and I have received quite a bit of info from a few of them. Try this guy, the name is A1M AND ONLINE MARKETS .They have coded and non coded merchant accounts. They deal with banks that are in Germany ( which is a non coded no-go) but I believe that they have banks in Europe that are not a part of the European Union… Which means that the non coded accounts presently work! They sent me a list of all the county currencies that they have and there are nearly a hundred of them ! Send an email to this guy, he’s very nice. Actually, I’ll give you 2 names ( they were both at the show together):
Alain Palinsky ( associate director of North American)
Belziger StraBe 25
10823 Berlin , Germany
A1M AG office phone; 00 49 30 78 95 93 0
( no email)or
Martin Dobbeck ( sales)
same address in Germany
email; md@a1m-ag.deTheir website http://www.a1m-ag.de
Good luck Rick , and feel free to let me know if you need any others to try out !
