Thread: Affiliate having a player account

Hi,

I am having a very big problem but yet no straight answer so can anyone from Bwin or outside bwin help me:

I opened a bwin account years ago before being even an affiliate. Bet with it for a while then forgot about it.
Then few month ago, i started advertising for bwin on one of my small site, and ask my staffs (11 employee) to register accounts also for them to be able to make reviews about Bwin poker/Casino/Sports betting etc...

Now my account is locked for security purposes out of the 12 account we have in total?

I never charged back in my life, never did chip dumping or anything close to that so what could be the reason? Guys any idea?

I just know that in my country we use dynamic IP not Static so could it be the problem, if yes why now and not before.

Other things is i try before my account got locked to play few tournament of poker and yet every time i purchase at the tournament never got to access the table and could not play. Though i was going to get my money back but nothing other than nightmare after nightmare.

Now i do not care about the $1.000 in my account or lost in the tournament i never got into. But i just want to know why is my account locked?

Yet my affiliate manager can not help does anyone know the CEO? LOL

we will need more information regarding the blocked account in order to investigate this further. Could you please provide the player ID's of the blocked accounts?
