I really wish I did not have to post on the forums about this all the time, but this is getting absolutely ridiculous. I received an email from Roger on the 7th and replied immediately with all the attachments from neteller and all the information of what I need help with, everything that I've sent to you several times in the last few months. I have still not even received a reply from him stating he's looking into it or what's going on. I sent another email on the 9th asking him to confirm receipt of everything and still nothing.
I realize the money that is missing, is from several years ago, but that shouldn't mean I get blown off by everyone. I cannot believe that you all do business like this, it blows my mind how some people get treated by affiliate programs.Ellen

Sorry Ellen for sticking head where it may not belong, I share your frustration. A pity people get treated so unfairly.I cannot believe that you all do business like this, it blows my mind how some people get treated by affiliate programs.

There is no reason for me to beg for a fix here, I hate posting in the forums about this stuff, but sometimes it leaves no choice. I have emails going back to July for this exact same problem, it's insane.

Someone is offering a free flight out to see the GW team if you have serious grievances. I think you may qualify?
Not nice being treated this way a real shame on GW part. Think they may have owed me as well but instead of chasing them I handed the account over to someone else.

Seems like a common tactic these days. The pattern is so see through.
So unfortunate.
They can obviously see your telling the truth and constantly at this.
They really should send you payment for such a small amount, then sot out their own dirty back year on their time.
Im sorry your going through this...you still promoting them?
From my understanding i think this is going on with some others..

I apologize you did not receive an email from Roger right away after you sent the email with the information. We are working hard to go through all our emails every day and unfortunately missed to reply to yours right away. I can tell you that he has been working on this issue and will get it taken care of for you.

I promoted them when I had casino sites, since I really only have poker sites now I don't promote much of any casinos. I have a random banner up but that's about it.Im sorry your going through this...you still promoting them?
I rarely use MSN these days, mostly on Skype but I will add you both and hope that I get some sort of response before the weekend.We can continue talking through email and you can also add me and Roger to MSN so we can touch base whenever you need to.

Like I said on the email I sent you and the one that Roger also sent you...He is working on this and it will be resolved. I know you understand that this issue is a few years old and it has never been clear since there are so many accounts (8 - 10) and you where also going through that issue with your husband.
We will stay in touch through MSN and emails from here on until this gets resolved.
