Massachusetts Blocks Online Poker Vote
State Rules that Initiative to Legalize Poker Doesn’t Meet Legal Requirements for Ballot Placement

September 4, 2009 (CAP Newswire) -- Members of the poker community in Massachusetts have been told that their planned ballot initiative asking to make online poker legal in that state didn’t meet legal requirements for placement on the upcoming ballot.
