Thread: Boylesports - Can´t contact affiliate manager - commission not received for months!

Hi,

I hope Boylesports can be alerted for my problem here, since I can´t contact anyone on the affiliate team via emails, I just get no reply.

First of all, on 2009 no commissions have been payed to me yet, I am still waiting for those payments, I setted up my boylesports account in order for the payments to be processed and contacted the affiliate team about it, but I got no reply´s.

Also I setted up a tipsters league with Kathleen Mallett, players are complaining about the lack of payment and I can´t contact Kathleen as well.

I would like to continue the relationship with Boylesports but improve the comunication. Without it I also can´t reach the full potential for the affiliation.

Yeah, I´ve been around for some years and know Raymond reputation as a good affiliate manager, manager of the affiliate section actually right ?

Raymond contacted my but my problem is not solved yet. And there is a payment for the second league of tips pending yet.
Boylesports has a good programme, but it worked better when it had nacional affiliate managers. I hope this question can be solved asap, it´s never pleasant to work hard for your payment and then have to wait months and months for it, specially if you invest in advertising counting on others to pay on time.. =(

Its a shame that Boylesports are such poor communicators and even worse payers, otherwise I would give the wider exposure because their sports betting offering is quite good. Oh well like so many other affiliate program managers, some regard affiliates as very worthwhile and good sources of revenue, and others just treat affiliates with contempt.

Boylesports already payed me and we´re up to date regarding payments, took some time but it´s sorted out now. I have to thank Raymond for that.
The only thing left to deal is a payment to some members from a competition we made, but I believe that will be sorted out soon too.
Boylesports is not a bad affiliate program, but they should really invest in support, in getting closer to the affiliates, because the offer (sportsbook, poker, casino) it´s good already, they just have to improve communication.
