    Default Cannot Login

Jeez - this William Hill takeover thing continues to be handled in a crappy manner - now I can't even login to my stats!

The old WH affiliate page advises we go to http://www.affutd.com/ to login. This doesn't recognise my login, however.

So... the login error advises us instead to visit http://whaff.williamhill.com/ - however, that pages simply redirects back to http://www.affutd.com !!

    AAARGH!!!

Mate, theyre a nightmare to deal with since the new regime, do yourself a favour and stay well clear, am hearing some horrific tales from guys dealing with them.

by the way, it took them 9 weeks to resolve the very same issue for me that you are now facing

good luck & get yourself some Neurofen, you'll need them!

Notice also how they couldn't be bothered to come here and post a response. You're right - William Hill Casino's affiliate program is now a shambles and a joke and it's been destroyed.

    William Hill - RIP.

I am currently having a nightmare with the william hill affiliate programs stats via affutd.com. Most stats columns simply do not work at all. When they tried to at least get the main net revenue column to tally correctly they removed all reference to the sports betting stats, which now do not show up at all. They quite actively recruited me to their program and now I find they do not have affiliate software fit for purpose. I am being told that the problems only exist with my account (ie: other affiliates are not experiencing all the problems I am getting). I hope this is true but find it unlikely as surely there is not unique code for each affiliate account. I am finding it very frustrating dealing with them and feel marketing spend is being wasted promoting them when the affiliate software does not work. I would love to promote them properly but until they fix these bugs (the like of which I have never experienced to this degree with any other affiliate program) I can't promote them. I don't expect all affiliate software to work perfectly all the time but this is unbelievable. Even if they did get it working, after this experience, would I be able to trust its results? I feel a little sorry for the affiliate manager I deal with as he is surely being let down by an abysmal software department. I don't blame him entirely for beginning to ignore all my complaints about this. I would be interested to know if my experiences are unique as they suggest or if the stats don't work for other affiliates too?

Hi Karin, Many thanks for the reply, which I appreciate, but DB knows about this . . . the problems have been ongoing from day one and recently got even worse with the sports stats being wiped out and zeroed. I had given up on affutd ever solving this as i fear it is an inherent problem with the software and the software developers are not inclined / capable of correcting it. After all the affiliate software is riddled with bugs and it is a surprise anyone ever thought it acceptable to go live with it in its current state. I have now tried to minimise all reference to william hill on our websites. But if you can correct the stats I would be grateful as william hill is a big brand name not to be promoting.

Notice how the casino rep completely IGNORED my post about login problems.

Just to update anyone reading this thread. William Hill / Affutd have corrected the way the stats columns display. They have also now persuaded me that the stats do make sense and add up. A clue to see more transparency in the figures is to get them to display 'by brand'. DB has been very helpful in trying to sort this out. I just feel sorry for him as I am sure he will have to explain things over and over to different affiliates until William Hill decide that all channels are included in affiliate revenue.

FictionNet, anyone at Affutd/Will Hill sorted your problems out yet? You appear to have been ignored by their rep when they posted last...
