Can someone from BCP check my stats.

Hi,

I am quite concerned at the current trend of my stats and highrollers I have at BCP casinos. I would like someone to check my stats as I am getting an extremely bad download to registration ratio, and new real money players are non existent.

As far as my highrollers go, I have had them for a long time, they are consistent with their monthly deposits, yet since the change (did you change only affiliate side or both) I have seen a change in the deposits of my players. I would like to point out that these are reliable players, and one has been at BCP for over 2 years, so I want to make sure there are no problems with my tracking, etc. I have waited a while in order to see if its a blip, but have now concluded that something else is happening.

All your e-mails are bouncing, you are beginning to worry me. I take my stats very seriously and your lack of action/contact has me wondering!

If this is about Golden Casino, they went non-US recently.

It's true that Golden Casino went non-US recently but the players you do have that are from the USA can still bet

Nope, this happened when the new stats reports came out. I was getting deposits of over 200k a year, now it is less than 1k a month.

BCP did eventually get back to me, but their response was generic and basically said that there is nothing wrong with the stats, so I have responded by sending any potential high rollers elsewhere as I felt their reply was far to casual. I would have liked far more detailed insight into a loss of 200k a year.

Looks like this has happened to someone else, so I now believe this is not a coincidence ... I now have a trust issue with this program.

Why does this organization never come in here at CAP and respond???

Warren claims they are his best partner, I signed up and got them loaded up on a few sites.. They have a bunch of broken codes that need fixed in there servers.

Much worse than other programs not to mention still having broken tracking problems etc. They did pm me here however they are not very affective on communicating with us over here. I think I'm removing them from network already. I only want to work with 1st class type of operations.
