New site features more languages, more attractive interface, easier-to-use layout

    From the CAP News page:

June 18, 2009 — CasinoClub’s reputation as providing the ultimate online gaming experience has been consolidated following two modifications to the site. The changes were designed to make the players’ CasinoClub experience even more enjoyable.

The first modification was a recomplete redesign. “The reason for the redesign wasn’t due to there being major problems with the old site, rather we just felt the time was right for a fresh look,” CasinoClub’s Marc West said.

The redesign offers players a crisp, fresh feel which is easy to view. The ease of navigation has been increased as has the overall user-friendliness. It does this while retaining the basic structure of the previous site, so as not to totally confuse the players. “We felt it was best to combine the old with the new, so the players would retain their bearings from the old site. This allows us to have the best of both worlds,” West added.

In addition to the changes in design, the new website contains a lot more information for the players. The payments and promotions pages have been bulked up and there is more information concerning the VIP Club. The thinking behind this was to provide a site that was more customer-friendly.

“Our players come from all over the world and with differing levels of gaming knowledge. We have to be able cater to everyone be they a high-roller or be they a newcomer to the world of gaming,” West said.

Speaking of players from all over the world, CasinoClub expanded the number of languages it is available in. The site is now available in English, Italian, Spain, German, French, Greek, Russian, Turkish, Swedish and Dutch.

“There are millions of people out there who don’t speak English and it is important that their needs aren’t ignored,” West said.

I think it’s a very well written press release for what it is. Others would do well to follow their lead. The Rewards Affiliates, Virgin Games, PKR and PartyGaming – PartyCasino – PartyPartners media releases are also of an excellent standard. The CAP Newswire service is awesome, and we here at Media Man Australia are big fans of the ability to comment on the news in the forum, thus becoming part of the equation, and sometimes even expanding on the stories. Well done CAP.
