Sloto’Cash player retention is not good anymore!

    Slotocash is promoting a high player retention, this was also so.
    It has stopped since about 3 to 4 month.
    I was wondering why this is so, and asked some of my players.
    ALLof them told me that they not getting any promo e-mails anymore,
    I myself am a player at Slotocash and have to say the same.
    I do not get any promo e-mail anymore since longer time.

    If I log in to my account, there are always nice match bonuses for me to claim
    and also some free bonuses after deposit has been made, but I do never get any e-mails anymore. This is very very bad.
    You cannot await that people keep just checking their accounts.
    Players will just forget about you.

    We run a forum and try our best to inform our members about new games, or special promos,
    but this will not be enough, we dont know what special promos you give to players.
    So please can you look into this and let us now why they e-mails have stopped?

    most of my players stopped playing and only have seen a few deposits now (only $25), this has been going on for a while now. I totally agree retention is 0.

    We are aware that we have some issues with some of our players not receiving the promotional emails and we are implenting plans to resolve this. I can confirm that we send out 2 to 3 promotional emails per week, including addtional retention emails, new sign ups, not played > etc

    I can assure you we work very hard in retaining our members loyalty and are making every effort to resolve this issue. To assist with the analysis it would be helpful if those affiliates with casino accounts could provide me with which mail provider they are using and the last date they recieved a promotional mailer from Sloto’Cash

    Hi Wael, many thanks for your response.
    Great to see you are working on this.

    I am using my msn e-mail addy – [at]msn.com as a player at Sloto Cash
    and I think the last e-mail I got was about 3 month ago.
    I am always also checking my spam/junk and also there is noting from Sloto Cash to find.
