And its garbage! Loosly written, full of loopholes. It does not even cover what happens to non-license entites overseas. Lets say Bodog dont get a license. Which according to the bill its primarily looking for State side and Indian Casinos to license. What happens if you bet offshore? The bill dont go into that. As well, it officially states that Sportsbetting is not included. Look at the part about Contractors and Company Affiliates. Where they MUST get accurate records. Affiliates would fall into that, thats if the newly license casinos would use affiliates which I would doubt.

Loosely written garbage, worse then the UGIEA itself. Thankfully it wont go anywhere. I love how Frank keeps saying "Repeal", but thats not what he intends to do he wants to highly regulate for only a fews best interest. Especially, the government.

I have not read the entire bill.
Will betting online on sports be illegal? I don't get why.
