Not responding to emails

I have tried to email you several times about the retagging of players to the Unibet affiliate program, but you are not answering emails.

Thanks for the email. Due to the overwhelming number of responses we are still working our way through communications, all of which will be responded to today.
Looking at your email it seems that you still need to supply your Unibet internal programme affiliate id. We will send an email updating you on how you can find this id.
