I’d like to post a friendly warning for everyone to stay away from Money-Casino.com and it’s affiliate program Incomania.

This casino uses the Top Game software.

I have not received my January earnings (it is now April) and they don’t appear to be in any hurry to remedy this issue.

    Avoid at all costs!

    You’re a lucky man.

Just to be clear, there is no lack of communication on their part. They actually respond to my emails rather promptly.

However, as I said, I have been waiting for January earnings and it’s now April.

They keep giving me the same excuse about not being able to use a certain payment method, so when I offered to use a different payment method, they then told me that would only delay it even more.

It makes no sense to me.

I’m still recommending that everyone who is promoting Money-Casino pull them immediately and anyone thinking about promoting them thinks twice.

    Hi guys,

I’ve been away for the week, sorry I couldn’t reply earlier.

As I told you, Incomania was setting up its own accounts in order to allow more payment methods and faster payments. During the move we had delays, and as you can see here with vd752, some partners got their money earlier than others.

allFreeChips, as you know there was some problem with your details already before the move, but now that you sent the new ones, we should resolve this quickly.

noDepositNeeded, I’m sorry that the move fell exactly when you should have get paid. I’ll be happy to compensate you for April as we agreed to do for March. I know you’ll be paid later that you preferred, but with interest :)

As things stabilize, payments will be a smooth sail from now on. I know the move was inconvenient, but it’s for the best.

I’m still advising everyone to be extremely cautious when choosing whether or not to promote this group.

It’s obvious that your payment process is not stable and hasn’t been for at least a couple of months now. It should not take any reputable program that long to get a system in place to pay their affiliates.

By the way, extra compensation for payment delays does me no good. I’ve already stopped promoting your casino due to the payment delays so getting an extra percentage of players that I am not sending you does me no good.

I’d much rather you simply pay me my earnings rather than delaying them further and promising “extra compensation.”

well, unfortunately, as things stand today stabilizing the payment systems for certain places is in fact a pretty complex issue..

However, we believe it does worth the trouble because once it’s working the benefits outweigh the temporary inconvenience.

Why have I still not been paid but you appear to be getting other U.S. affiliates paid?

I got word that all payments were already made, so I’ll look into it now.

    Update –

I received my January payment yesterday April 22.

I will continue to avoid this program until their payment systems are stable.

thanks for posting about receiving the payment. New payment methods are now available, so we are no longer dependent on wires, which usually take longer.

Again, we’re very sorry for the delays, but we never leave a debt unpaid.

I’ll be happy to see you working with us again, I appreciate our partnership, and now that the casino itself also implemented better payment systems, you’ll see a higher deposit rate than before.

In any case I’ll keep you updated about the system and the new games, and you are very welcome back whenever it suits you.
