Hey

Does anyone have a contact at cashcade affiliates ?
I have emailed them many times (over the last 5 weeks) and also emailed through the affiliate interface and received no response at all

I have really weird stats and wonder if anyone else has had this, starting around Jan my stats show minus revs each and every single day - of the last 60 days or so, around 55 of them show minus (as if the players are winning every day lol) yet my stats also show depositors each day - so if my players were somehow winning everyday, they wouldnt seed to deposit. I only have a handful of players there so i know its not one guy winning, then the rest of the players losing and making deposits.

I had similar problems and couldn't get answers to various emails and messages I sent.

In the end I moved over to Virgin, despite the lower revenue share, much better service...

Dont take it personally, Cashcade are rubbish at getting back to you on most things.

try sc at cashcade dot com - he's the main man and actually does tend to reply.
