I selected other for bonuses also, if someone comes to my site looking for 5 free or free spins etc they are going to play with whoever offers them that

I would say all of the above. All the largest affiliate sites are using all parameters in order to attract international players.

With my experience in International Traffic I would say the 2 biggest levers (if you will) are 1) Brand Awareness & 2) Bonuses/ Special Promotions, etc.

Agree with Play above on layout and content, but also coupled with brand awareness in target market.
