do players get put onto this scheme by default if they click on standard pp affiliate links/banners or do I need to get a tracker configured by pp to offer this vip program as an affiliate?

Thanks for the mail! Players who sign up through standard affiliate links get automatically inducted into our C*A*S*H VIP Programme which allows them to compete for unlimited Bonuses!
