    Hello all,

    I usually dont like to air my dirty laundry in public but I think something in the area of 15 emails is enough already.

    We are on a Rev Share deal with stars and use different AFF trackers for this. During the past several months we were SUPPOSED to get weekly reports for our trackers
    (which is quite lame but the best PS could offer when we met in Barcelona), this DIDN’T happen.
    If we are lucky we get a report once a month and need to ask for it (about 5 times usually), this month we didn’t get anything AND didn’t get PAID.

    We deliver poker stars several hundred new depositing players a month (I’m sure other AFF managers will also vouch that we are a serious affiliate if needed:sarcasm:)
    and are treated below any reasonable level.

    Here is my message for the good people at poker stars, get your act together!
    For an organization doing so well you sure are mistreating your partners, which as it seems you dont value at all.
    There are plenty of other companies that have managed to reach the amazing technical ability of delivering daily stats.
    I’m sure with the $4M Rake a day stars are raking you can afford $50K on a decent affiliate system right?

    I look forward to a detailed response that eventually lead to use getting reports / payment and some normal communication line to stars.
    This is the only affiliate program that makes you feel they are giving you a favor by allowing you to promote them.

    You might want to get several confirmations from their AM too that you’re registered with them.

    I signed up early on with them and didn’t check my stats again for 6 weeks as I don’t get a lot of poker (none hardly now but back then a little bit) and I finally write them asking for stats (they weren’t ready when I signed up) and the AM replies they’d never heard of me.

    I had been in the biz long enough at that point where I”d known to have him confirm my registration and in fact could probably if put to the wall … find his confirmation email.

    Point being that their AM’s reply to me told me that whether i proved I had an account with them or not … I was going to be told nothing was due to me … so why bother?

    But it did telll me that this place was a joke and not to bother with them. And they continue to prove it apparently.

    i pm you a week ago, when you told us to contact you if december payments were not in our account yet, because they were processed.
    I didnt hear anything.
    It’s only 75$, but please pay it!
