it's not really a useful excercise to ask for legal advice on a board like this, since there are not only the legal issues of this industry involved, but in the US it's frowned upon to give out legal advice without a license to practice law.
But this is the right place to ask for names of lawyers that you can ask for this sort of legal advice.
