Updating Payment Details

I’ve tried to update my payment details in my aff account but I’m having problems getting the update accepted.

I’ve selected Neteller as payment method but it keeps saying “Neteller Account ID field contains invalid characters.”

I’ve tried entering the account number and/or e-mail address but neither is accepted.
